FULL TIME TELLER - Salinas CA
Full time position at our Salinas Branch, 900 South Main St Salinas, CA

JOB DESCRIPTION: Central Coast Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Teller in our Salinas Branch. Essential functions of this position are to provide a wide variety of duties related to the handling of member accounts such as opening and closing accounts, receiving and disbursing funds, posting ATM and night drop deposits, processing loan payments, activating ATM cards, printing money orders, cashier’s checks, statement and check copies, temporary checks and other daily duties. In addition, a successful applicant will be able to balance cash drawer, maintain control of and safeguard keys, cross sell products and services to existing and potential members.

In addition, this position will also be responsible for member service duties such as answering phones and assisting members by answering their questions, researching accounts if necessary and demonstrating products and services to our members. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who will provide outstanding member service to all existing and potential members and who will support CCFCU’s mission, vision and values through active community involvement initiatives.

Minimum qualifications: Basic reading, writing, arithmetic and communication ability. High School graduate or GED required. General cash handling and customer service experience necessary.

SYSTEM ANALYST
Full time position in our Main Branch, 4242 Gigling Road, Seaside, CA (Fort Ord)

Central Coast Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a System Analyst in the IT Department in our Seaside Branch. Essential functions of this position are troubleshoot and maintain server, personal computers and peripheral devices, ATM machines, facilitate software installation and updates, computer hardware upgrades, computer backups and anti-virus updates, generate and modify reports, forms and other credit union correspondence, serve as liaison between data center and users, develop new code and enhancements to existing code base, verify daily server backups, update both intranet and credit union internet sites, install updates to servers and review software compatibilities and errors, schedules night processing jobs.

We are looking for someone who will fully embrace and support our retail environment and who will support CCFCU’s mission, vision and values through active community involvement initiatives.

A successful candidate should have the ability to deliver exceptional member service to current and potential members and be able to organize a variety of projects and tasks and complete them in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy.

Minimum qualifications: Two years of college or equivalent training/experience in Information Technology. Must have the knowledge in computer networking (LAN, WAN, Ethernet, and IP addressing), PC repair, HTML programming, Microsoft servers/clients, and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge in SQL and Adobe Suite products is preferred but not required. Ability to communicate effectively with members, all levels of co-workers and maintain a valid California driver's license.

Preferred Certificates: Comptia A+, Comptia Network+, Microsoft, Cisco Certifications or equivalent.
